In the case of significant defects covering a large area, the customer and store shall discuss a full roll replacement. Failure to conduct an inspection or failure to communicate with the store before installation will be considered as waiving the right to claim any after-sales service, and any consequences will be the sole responsibility of the store.
Proper Unboxing and Film Handling: For films without protective layers on the surface, dragging the film directly out of the box is strictly prohibited. It is recommended to open the film vertically to avoid any potential damage to the film surface. If improper unboxing results in damage to the film surface, the store shall not be held responsible for the damage.
Orders Based on Color Cards: Customers who place orders based on color cards should carefully inspect the received product to verify if the color matches the color indicated on the order. Minor color differences (due to variations between the color displayed on electronic screens and real-life appearance) will be considered normal occurrences. In such cases, the store will communicate with the customer to find a satisfactory solution. If the color difference is significant and the customer cannot accept it, they may negotiate a return with the store. However, any returns or exchanges based on color discrepancies will not be accepted if the film has already been unboxed.
Conditions for Return and Exchange: To avoid any adverse impact on future collaboration between both parties and unnecessary losses, returned or exchanged products must be in a condition that will not affect their resale value. The products should be in their original packaging, undamaged, and with all accompanying accessories. The store reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
